Corporate Services Manager
Location: Care & Repair Cymru, Cardiff
Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: 35 hour per week

This is a key role working in a respected national charity that supports older people to live independently at home for longer. The post is responsible for efficient and effective internal operations, good governance, board development, and supporting the Chief Executive. We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, creative problem solver with a can-do approach.
We are the national body for Care & Repair in Wales, and a registered charity. Our vision is a Wales where all older people can live independently in warm, safe and accessible homes.
The successful candidate will lead on internal operations and good governance. You will manage two posts, oversee Board and good governance arrangements, and be responsible for office management, hybrid working, HR and IT (with specialist support). You will be an influential member of the senior team, contribute to broader discussions on strategy and operations, and be involved in project management and providing support to the Chief Executive.
