Housing Adaptations Information Leaflets

 Following a review by the National Assembly’s Equality of Opportunity Committee, one of the areas identified for improvement was the quality and accessibility of information to older people about how to access housing adaptations and other housing improvements.

Care & Repair Cymru, in partnership with Age Cymru, The College of Occupational Therapists and the Older People’s Commissioner, has therefore developed a simple A5 leaflet, and will be distributing 40,000 of these at appropriate outlets across Wales.

We have also developed an e-leaflet with more detailed information and signposting links to a range of other organisations, including Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
