Five Year Strategic Plan - Building for the Future

The five year Strategic Plan (Building for the Future) for the Care & Repair movement in Wales, is a strategy which has been produced in partnership between Care & Repair Cymru, all 22 Care & Repair Agencies in Wales, and all other key stakeholders.

Building for the Future aims to provide a framework that:

• recognises and responds to the challenges
• demonstrates the value for money of Care & Repair in helping deliver national and local priorities for older people services in partnership with Housing, Health and Social Care
• continues to deliver value for money
• courages service improvement and
• enables innovation while retaining the core strengths of the Care & Repair approach

This Strategic Plan sets out a clear path for a strong future for Care & Repair in Wales.
